Rather than running at a continuous pace, off the pitch conditioning must be football specific. Our conditioning program involves running, jogging, and sprinting in no specific order. We use your level of conditioning to determine when you need to sprint and when you need to jog. As you reach higher conditioning levels, we increase sprint – time and decrease resting jog, in order to ensure you reach maximum cardiovascular improvement.
