Pro Footballer by Day, World Class Designer by Night: Solomon Constant

Written By Will Boehmer

Solomon Constant’s search for a Professional Contract over the last couple years has been in a word: Constant.

After a two year collegiate career with NJCAA school Iowa Western Community College, Solomon was able to land a D1 roster spot at University of South Carolina Upstate.

The two years at Upstate were paired with summer stops in Greenville with Greenville FC in 2018, and Union Dubuque FC in 2019.

Solomon then played for the Iowa Raptors FC in the UPSL in 2020 and helped them reach the National Round of 16 this past Summer in 2021.

OPSM met Solomon at our Tulsa Combine in 2020, where he impressed as a well-rounded striker who could both link play and test keepers early and often.

He also attended the OPSM Tulsa Total Pro event and Louisville Combine earlier this year and showed a progression in performance that was noticed and regarded by our agency.

On top of being a high-class forward, Solomon is also a high-class graphic designer who works closely with OPSM.

His precise digital designing skills are highly regarded and highly utilized by our team here at OPSM, but it’s not his work off the field that got him the call from Finland.

Having worked closely with Solomon as a graphic designer on our team, and knowing that he was prosuiting a professional opportunity, our agency team was able to find a good fit for him via one of our strongest Finnish club connections, Korsnäs FF.

Only a week or so after coordinating a move for OPSM client Omar Hussein to sure up their backline, Korsnäs agreed on a deal with Solomon.

The addition of Solomon to Korsnäs should allow Korsnäs to continue their push to compete with the top teams in the Finnish Third Tier.

Solomon is eager to get rolling with his new club, and we are excited for Solomon to continue his Professional journey while being represented by OPSM. We know it’s only the beginning for him!
