Van Parker (born January 29, 2009) is a Canadian-American professional forward who signed a homegrown contract with Real Salt Lake in February 2026, guaranteed through the 2029-30 season. A standout product of the RSL Academy, Parker rose to prominence during a dominant 2025 campaign, leading the U-16 squad to a historic “double” by winning both the Generation adidas Cup and the MLS NEXT Cup. His individual performances earned him the 2025 MLS NEXT Cup MVP and Golden Boot awards after he recorded six goals and two assists in the opening three matches of the tournament. Internationally, Parker is a key figure for the Canada U-17 national team, appearing in all four of their matches at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar and contributing to the nation’s first-ever victory in the competition.
