Mihail Gherasimencov (born March 25, 2005) is a Moldovan-born professional soccer player who competes as a left-back for Vancouver Whitecaps FC in Major League Soccer. After moving from Bălți, Moldova, to Calgary in 2016, he developed through the Whitecaps BMO Academy and Whitecaps FC 2, where he earned a selection to the inaugural MLS NEXT All-Star Game in 2022. Gherasimencov spent a successful 2025 season on loan with Cavalry FC in the Canadian Premier League, recording two goals and four assists in 30 appearances and helping the team reach the CPL Final. His consistent growth across the academy and professional levels led him to sign a first-team Homegrown contract with Vancouver in December 2025, effective through the 2027-28 season. Internationally, he represents the Moldova national team, having earned multiple senior caps and featuring in FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
