Overview

We are looking for a proactive, well-connected, and ambitious FIFA-licensed Football Agent to work full-time under the OPSM PRO brand. This is a commission-based role designed for a driven professional who thrives in a performance-oriented environment. This is not an entry-level position — we are seeking someone ready to build, close, and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and manage professional football players
  • Identify, recruit, and sign emerging and established talent
  • Negotiate contracts with clubs domestically and internationally
  • Maintain strong relationships with clubs, scouts, and sporting directors
  • Source transfer opportunities and commercial deals
  • Develop long-term career strategies for players
  • Ensure compliance with FIFA regulations and transfer policies

Qualifications

  • Active FIFA Football Agent license (mandatory)
  • Strong network within professional football (clubs, scouts, executives)
  • Proven track record in player placement or contract negotiation
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to operate independently while contributing to team growth
  • Bachelor’s Degree
