Gabriel Bitar (born August 23, 1998) is an Ottawa-born professional soccer player who plays as a forward or attacking midfielder for Inter Toronto FC (formerly York United FC) in the Canadian Premier League. A highly decorated collegiate athlete, Bitar was a two-time U SPORTS All-Canadian at Carleton University and holds the distinction of being the first overall pick in the inaugural 2018 CPL-U SPORTS Draft. After professional stints with Cavalry FC, FC Edmonton, and a successful two-season tenure with Vancouver FC—where he became the club’s all-time leader in combined goals and assists—he joined York United in January 2025. On the international stage, Bitar represents the Lebanon national team, having earned multiple caps and representing the nation at the 2023 AFC Asian Cup.
