Agency Intern Position

Overview

OPSM is now recruiting for a 6-month agency intern to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented intern to support the daily operations of our soccer agency. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the business side of professional football, including player management, scouting analysis, marketing, and operational strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sports management, player representation, or the football business ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Player & Talent Support
  • Assist with player research and performance tracking
  • Compile scouting reports and player analysis
  • Support player  documentation preparation
  • Maintain and update internal  player databases
  • Organize documentation and compliance records

  • Support CRM and database management

Scouting & Market Research
  • Analyze league trends and transfer market activity
  • Monitor player statistics and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in professional soccer and the global football industry
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Close attention to detail and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of football data platforms (e.g., Wyscout, Transfermarkt) is a plus
