Khalid Hersi is a central midfield talent who recently turned professional as the first ever player from Maine to sign with USL League One’s Portland Hearts of Pine. After a standout youth and high school career, helping Lewiston High reach the 2019 state final. He played collegiately at the University of Southern Maine in 2023, making 15 appearances as a freshman.
