Privacy notice.

What we collect

When you use the contact, player application or consultation forms we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number if given, your message, and for players any position, club, highlight video, Transfermarkt link or CV you choose to share.

Online consultation payments are not open yet. When they open, payment will be taken on Stripe's hosted checkout page; we will not receive or store card details.

How we use it

We use your details only to review and reply to your inquiry, assess player applications and arrange consultations you request. We do not sell your information.

Where it is kept

Submissions are stored in our private staff workspace, hosted by our website provider, and copied to a private Google Sheets spreadsheet used by our staff. Uploaded CVs are kept in private storage and can only be opened by signed-in OPSM staff through short-lived links.

When email notifications are switched on, a copy of your submission is emailed to OPSM staff, and consultation bookings also send you a receipt. Staff email links lead back to the private workspace and require staff sign-in.

These service providers process your details only so we can run the website and respond to you.

How long we keep it

A CV that is uploaded but never sent with a completed form is deleted automatically after about 24 hours. Submitted inquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request, or until you ask us to delete them.

Cookies and embedded content

Public pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Sign-in storage is used only by OPSM staff on the staff workspace.

Player highlight videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode only after you press play. The Instagram page shows our public posts through a feed service; links to Instagram and Transfermarkt open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
