Elite Group Training (Technical)

With the goal of gaining the edge in all competition, Elite Training offers players with club-level soccer experience, training sessions designed to refine and enhance their already advanced technical skills.

Physical Athletic Development Training

Physical athletic development is an essential component in enhancing sports performance and an athlete’s overall well being. With this in mind, OPSM and its trainers offers personalised systematic athletic development training with the ultimate goal of achieving optimised sports performance.

1-on-1 Physical Training

Our 1-on-1 Physical athletic development Training sessions offer specificity to the individual player. Different to a “Work out” (an isolated bout of exercise), our individual focused training programs are systematically designed with the player’s unique qualities, areas of improvement and long term performance goals in mind.

The OPSM Pro Development Program helps aspiring soccer athletes develop in a professional training environment over the winter months in Ottawa, Canada. This off season the program will offer the following age groups: Men’s Elite Winter Program (16+), Women’s Elite winter Program (16+), & Youth Elite winter Program. The program will run for 20 weeks beginning, the first week of October, ending in early March. There will be two sessions a week for a total of 3 hours per week.
